Learning Process

In this last six weeks, we have learned vocabulary and grammer structures dealing with peoples daily routines for getting ready to go somewhere. We have also learned how to use reflexive verbs in our writings and during conversation.

How did we do it?

We were required to use our avatars from Voki to discuss our daily routines for getting ready to go to school. The process wasn’t that difficult, this is how we did it.

• rough draft

• got it checked for errors

• rewrote it, if needed

• went to the voki website and logged into our account

• click the phones icon on the “give it a voice” menu bar

• type your number into the box that says “record your  message by phone” they will than call you and you follow the instructions they give you

• once finished, hang on and click “publish” and name your scene.

• after sending your voki to your teacher through email, it was completed!

My First Voki Experience

This project was counted as a six weeks text grade. Creating a voki was actually pretty fun and a different project than what were used to. Getting to use our cell phones and getting to hear our voices on the computer was a pretty neat experience. I hate standing up and speaking spanish in front of the class so it was a lot easier doing it online by yourself. This project was valuable to me as a language learner, it helped me listen to how I was speaking and try and change anything that I was messig up on. I would like to do it again.
